CHRIS CARR LAUNCHES LARGEST GRASSROOTS COALITION IN GEORGIA HISTORY
403-member coalition spanning all 159 counties backs Carr for governor

(Atlanta, GA) – Chris Carr’s campaign for Governor today announced the formation of its “159 County Coalition,” a grassroots network of 403 leaders and supporters representing every county in Georgia — the largest grassroots coalition ever assembled in a Georgia governor’s race.

The coalition demonstrates the strength of Carr’s statewide grassroots campaign and the organization needed to win. The full list of coalition members is available here.

Members include community leaders, small business owners, law enforcement, veterans, farmers, and grassroots activists who are organizing in their communities to help elect Carr governor.

“Chris Carr’s campaign reminds me of the campaign that won the office for Brian Kemp in 2018 — a real grassroots movement built across the entire state,” said Jay Wells, a grassroots leader from Decatur County. “People know Chris is a hard worker who will fight for all Georgians, regardless of zip code, and bring that same common-sense conservative leadership to the governor’s office.”

“Taking on violent gangs and human traffickers takes real leadership, and Chris Carr has proven he’s a fighter who will protect Georgia families,” said Andrea Malcolm Campbell of Walton County. “That’s why people in every corner of the state are stepping up to help elect him our next governor.”

The coalition will help advance Carr’s Conservative Plan for Georgia, focused on lowering taxes, cracking down on violent gangs and human traffickers, holding corrupt politicians accountable, and creating jobs that help small businesses grow and keep Georgia #1.
